Way Back When... (not really)

Shame on me.

I almost completely forgot one of the coolest things I saw while vacaying up in Sicily a couple summers ago.
When I saw it I fell in love with it INSTANTLY.

This is the 2005 ad for Zicaffe.
It's like this caffe chain over in Italy (and I believe most of Europe??)
Anyway, while we were staying in Marsala I saw it pasted up somewhere while we were walking around downtown and I just HAD to take a picture of it!
You know...
Back when I HAD a camera phone.

Sadly, I don't know what became of the picture on my phone but I was TOTALLY able to find the ad on the internet! Here's the website.

Later on during the trip we actually went to the Zicaffe there in Marsala and it was awesome!
It was like Starbucks, only not.
And it was BETTER.

Btdubbs: the text translates to "I like black," or more loosely, "I like it black." ( I mean it IS coffee..)
I took an Italian language course when I got back to school the following semester... *smug*

I caught this on the TV over SB while at home and I'm in LOVE with this commercial right now. Whoever designed it is a genius! And the poem is just so beautiful!

I've never tried it, but I think Mommy had some while she was overseas and she apparently liked it. Lucky me, I believe I've seen it here at the local Walmart. I might have to cart some the next time I'm in there...
